So the last few weeks have kinda sucked.  No vacuum humor here.  My back was out.  Actually I’m pretty sure it was my hip that was out and caused my back pain.  It hasn’t been this bad for almost 10 years. 

It took a long time to get up and down off a chair, much less to the floor to exercise.  But, as is always the case, once I was able to do the pilates, they helped!  About the third day, my leg popped back into the hip socket correctly.  Now I’m back to the normal hip going in and out regularly. 

When, oh when will it stop going out?  I really am trying.  Without a personal trainer, this is the best I can do.
